Sicomi Privacy Policy (Preview)

Free preview. No charges and no payouts during the preview. We will never charge you without asking first and getting your express consent.
This policy explains what personal information 1984 Management Company Inc., doing business as Sicomi ("Sicomi", "we", "us") collects in the Sicomi preview (the "Preview"), why, how long we keep it, who receives it, and your choices. It covers sicomi.com, demo.sicomi.com, app.sicomi.com, our emails, and our outreach to creators.
1. The short version
- We don't sell or share your personal information, and we don't run ad tracking. There are no ads, ad pixels or third-party trackers in the Preview. On sicomi.com we count visits without cookies, and we see only totals (section 4.2).
- What you watch stays with us. We never give anyone your identity together with the titles you watched, unless the law requires it or you ask us to in a separate consent.
- We collect only what we need to run an invite-only preview, keep it safe and handle legal requests.
- The Preview is for adults in the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
- We take no card or bank details. No money moves in the Preview.
- You can see, correct, download or delete your information by writing to privacy@sicomi.com.
2. What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and who receives it
"Service providers" are companies that process data only on our instructions to run the Preview (listed by type in section 3).

We do not collect payment card or bank details, government ID, precise location, contacts lists, biometric data (no face or voice prints), or information about race, religion, health or sexual life.
3. Service providers we use
We use these types of service providers, each under its own terms that limit how it may use the data: website and app hosting (including counting visits to sicomi.com); database and sign-in; video storage and delivery; email sending and forwarding; web fonts (Google Fonts, which receives your device's IP address when a page on sicomi.com loads); child-safety scanning (hash-matching services that compare files against known child sexual abuse material); and, if you choose to sign in with another service, that sign-in provider. A current list with names is available on request at privacy@sicomi.com.
4. Cookies, analytics and tracking
4.1 We use only essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your settings and protect against abuse.
4.2 We use no advertising cookies, pixels or third-party analytics in the Preview. There are no third-party scripts, embeds or software kits on title or player pages.
Visit counts on sicomi.com. Starting November 2, 2026, we count visits to our main website, sicomi.com, using Vercel Web Analytics, a feature of our website host. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device. For each page you view it records the page address (without anything after a "?" or "#", except a campaign tag in the link such as "utm_source"), the website that sent you, your browser, operating system and device type, and your approximate location (country, region and city) worked out from your IP address. To tell how many different people visit, Vercel makes a one-way code from your connection that is discarded after 24 hours, and it does not store your IP address with these counts. We see only totals, such as how many people visited a page in a week. We don't use these counts to identify you, follow you to other websites, or show you ads, and we don't measure what you type in the early-access or creator application forms. We don't count your visit if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. We don't use any website analytics on demo.sicomi.com, app.sicomi.com, or any title or player page. We also don't count visits to our page for reporting intimate images.
4.3 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not track you across other websites. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we don't count your visits to sicomi.com (section 4.2). We also treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your information, even though we do neither.
5. Video viewing privacy
We do not disclose information that identifies you together with the titles you requested or watched to anyone, including creators, except: to service providers that need it to deliver the Preview and are bound to keep it confidential; with your separate, informed written consent given at the time; or when required by a warrant, court order or other legal process. Creators see only totals from groups of 50 or more viewers. We delete viewing records within the periods in section 2.
6. When we disclose information
Besides service providers and the cases in section 2, we disclose personal information only:
- to comply with law, legal process or a valid government request, and to report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC as required by law;
- to protect the safety of any person, or to prevent fraud or abuse;
- to enforce our terms; or
- in a business transfer (section 9).
7. Your choices and rights
7.1 Wherever you live in the US, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop contacting you (creators we contacted can reply "stop" to any outreach email); and
- clear your viewing history (also available in Account settings).
7.2 California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, plus the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither), to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for inferences), and not to be treated differently for using these rights. California "Shine the Light": we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing.
7.3 Write to privacy@sicomi.com from the email on your account. We will confirm who you are using that email, respond within 45 days, and tell you if we need more time or cannot fully do what you ask (for example, records we must keep by law, such as child-safety reports). You can use an authorised agent with your signed permission.
7.4 If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our answer; a different person will review it.
8. Security
We protect information with encryption in transit, access limited to the people who need it, two-step sign-in (MFA) on every admin, email, hosting and content-delivery account, and logs of access to sensitive records. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as the law requires, without unreasonable delay.
9. Change of ownership
Sicomi is run by 1984 Management Company Inc., doing business as Sicomi. If we move the Sicomi service to a company that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with 1984 Management Company Inc. (for example, a subsidiary formed to run Sicomi), or to a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of the Sicomi business, personal information about Sicomi users will be transferred with it. The receiving company must protect it under this policy or one at least as protective. We will email you before or when the transfer happens. 1984 Management Company Inc. does not use Sicomi users' personal information for its other businesses.
10. Children
The Preview is only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to privacy@sicomi.com and we will delete it.
11. Where your data is stored
The Preview is open to US residents only. We store information mainly in the United States. Some service providers may process it in other countries under their own safeguards.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update the "Last updated" date for any change. For a material change, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. We keep earlier versions available on request.
